Lotus
If you were to ask anyone about the best of sports car then the answer is invariably going to be the Lotus. The very first Lotus was inspired by the 1930 Austin 7 saloon. The Lotus is a British manufactured car and the founder Chapman ensured that the new car manufactured had the strength and at the same time need not have the unnecessary weight added to it. This is the company that continues to manufacture the Lotus series of cars.
Then, in the year 1954, Chapman decided to bring aerodynamics to his cars as well. The M10 that was thus born had a Dunlop disc brake in the front and rear and a low drag body as well.
