Lexus
The Lexus was the car that was first launched in the year 1983. It was at a great top end meeting that the Chairman of the Toyota Company announced that they did need to launch a new luxury car if they had to survive the fierce competition that they were facing from their competitors.
The way they go about with the Lexus is in an extremely focused manner. One of the groups go to the US to study the customer behavior and the other to California to work on the new concepts. By 1985 the first LS 400 have been built and are ready for the roll out. The next few years go in the testing of the Lexus. The final design was approved in the year 1987 for the LS 400. January 1980 saw the advent of the LS 400 and ES 250. Then, in the year 2000 rolls out the new addition of SC 400. In October 2001 Lexus saw great success when all of its three cars the LS 430, GS 430 and GS 300 are all ranked one after the other as the best of luxury cars in several different categories.
November 2002 sees the beginning of a new launch of a Lexus that is rugged and luxurious at the same time which can be a real deadly combination. This is the new range in luxury in the form of the Lexus GX 470.
Then there is the new range of Lexus RX 330 and come along the best of luxury and technology not to state the highest end of style.
